All client money is deposited and held in a segregated ring-fenced client account, that includes tenants’ deposits, tenants’ rent, fee money taken in advance, client money held due to be paid by contractors, sales proceeds

No set up fees
Assignment of tenancy: £50
Fees to Landlords for Long Let of Property (6 months +) (plus VAT if applicable)
Let Only, Sole Agency: 9% of the rent. This means we would market the property, find the tenant, carry out accompanied viewings, undertake all references and Right to Rent checks, prepare the tenancy agreement and arrange for signature, collect the first month’s rent and security deposit, ensure that the tenancy fulfils legal requirements, including providing mandatory documentation to the tenant, instruct the inventory and take care of the check in
Full Management: 2% extra of the rent. We find the tenant as per the let only service above and, in addition, we take care of any queries or issues that arise during the tenancy. We’ll look after everything for you and we’re available 7 days a week to do that. If there are any necessary repairs or maintenance, we’ll get quotes and, liaising with you, we will arrange the work. You would be responsible for any costs involved – plumber, replacing items etc.
Contract fee: £95 per rental for drawing up the tenancy agreement
Deposit Protection: £80. As an additional optional service for your peace of mind we can protect the security deposit with a government approved scheme
Rent Collection for non-managed properties (optional): £25 per month for us to offer a monthly rental collection, pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears if necessary
To note, landlords are responsible for the cost of the references, and for the inventory check in and the inventory check out. These are carried out by a third-party and recharged to you directly by us at cost.
